Taunton Racecourse is beautifully situated in the heart of the South Somerset countryside. The unique atmosphere and panoramic views across the racecourse to the Blackdown Hills make us the perfect location for successful business events.
Located only two miles from the Junction 25 of the M5 and just minutes from Taunton town centre. The Racecourse is well sign posted from both the motorway and town. There is extensive FREE car parking for delegates – 1500 spaces are available, on site, year round.
In January 2022 we invested in a state of the art Virtual Conferencing system for up to 200 people. The Nureva® HDL300 is an integrated microphone and speaker system that provides true full-room microphone coverage and rich, clear playback with Microphone Mist™ technology. The system will allow you to stream the conference to delegates that can’t be in the room. Allowing both parties to easily communicate with each other so all delegates enjoy every part of the day.

Our two fully self sufficient facilities, the Orchard and Paddock Stands, have a range of rooms available with business facilities and can accommodate from 12 to 280 delegates in different layouts. They really are the ideal setting for conferences, meetings and seminars. Many of the rooms have blackout facilities to allow use of the video or other media presentations.
We have an excellent, highly professional, in house, catering service which can provide options from a three course lunch or dinner, buffet meal, to a working lunch to fit your budget. We also have fully licensed bars. Our staff are fully trained to use our AV equipment and will be happy to help with all your technical set up needs.
