Can we hold our ceremony at Taunton Racecourse?
Unfortunatley no, at present we do not hold a civil ceremony licence
How many guests can you accommodate?
From an intimate gathering of 60 through to a 140-guest celebration. Our rooms suit a range of sizes: the Paddock Gallery seats up to 140, to the Orchard Restaurant up to 80, for a more intimate, trackside setting with its own private bar.
What wedding packages do you offer?
Four packages built around your guest count, season and style - Bronze (£65pp), Silver (£80pp), Gold (£95pp) and Platinum (£110pp). Each includes exclusive venue use, a three-course wedding breakfast and an evening finger buffet, with higher tiers adding wine, chair styling, room dressing and more. Is there a minimum number of guests?
The Bronze, Silver and Gold packages have a 60-guest minimum; the Platinum package has an 80-guest minimum. Additional evening-only guests are charged per head for the finger buffet.
What's included in the catering?
Every package includes a three-course wedding breakfast - with a choice for each course - and an evening finger buffet. Higher tiers add arrival drinks and wine on the tables. Our catering team can provide allergy and ingredient information on request, so do let us know about any dietary requirements.
Can we use the grounds for photographs?
Yes - every package includes exclusive use of our paddock and parkland for photography, with the racecourse and West-Country countryside as your backdrop.
Will someone help us plan the day?
Our wedding coordinator will help you choose the space, the catering and the timeline, and handle the detail so you can focus on the day. We'll also share introductions to photographers and suppliers couples have worked with here before. The coordinator will also be there on the day to ensure your wishes are carried out to the letter.
Is the venue accessible?
Our event spaces are designed to welcome all guests. If you have specific access requirements for your party, let our coordinator know when you enquire and we'll make sure the room and route suit your day.
How do we check a date and get a quote?
Share your guest count, preferred date and the package that catches your eye through our wedding booking form, or email [email protected]. We'll come back with availability, a tailored quote and an invitation to tour the venue - usually within one working day.
