Five festive nights

A Christmas evening at the racecourse.

Five festive nights, one storied West-Country venue. Join us at Taunton Racecourse for a Christmas party we look forward to all year - a complimentary arrival drink, a three-course dinner, wine on the table, and a disco running until midnight.

Choose your night in December. Doors open at 7pm, food is served at 7:30pm, carriages at midnight. £47.50 per head includes everything above - plus, the organiser of every group gets two complimentary tickets to a race-meeting of their choice as a thank-you.

To secure your table, a £40 deposit is required whilst you collect £20-per-person non-refundable deposit from all your guests; final payment is due at least one week before the event.

Which nights are available?
Three festive evenings are still available:
  • Thursday 4 December
  • Friday 5 December
  • Thursday 18 December
All nights run to the same format and price.
What time should we arrive?
Doors open at 7pm with a complimentary drink waiting. Dinner is served at 7:30pm and the disco runs through to carriages at 12am.
How do I book?
Bookings are handled by phone - please call 01823 337172 and select option 1 to speak to Troy. Alternatively, email [email protected] and we'll come back to you.
What deposit is needed, and when is final payment due?
When making the booking we ask for £40 deposit whilst you collect a £20 per person non-refundable deposit from all attendees. Final balance is due at least one week before the event.
Can we book a small group or do we need a full table?
There is no number restrictions, you can book a private table for a group depending on availability. Troy will talk you through the layout when you call.
Are dietary requirements catered for?
Yes - please let us know at least the week before the event. Vegetarian, vegan and allergen-aware variants of the festive menu are available.
