A warm welcome for everyone
Staff attending with runners are given a complimentary food voucher on arrival. Whether you need stabling, overnight accommodation or simply somewhere to take a breather between races, our team is here to help your day run smoothly.

Racing staff facilities
Within the stable yard, your staff will find everything they need for a comfortable day on course.

Canteen & lounge
A canteen within the stable yard facilities, plus a lounge with complimentary tea, coffee and water.

Shower facilities
Showers are available within the stable yard facilities for staff attending with runners.

Food voucher on arrival
Stable staff receive 2 complimentary food vouchers per runner when they arrive on course.

Helen Hawkins is the Racecourse Stable Manager and can assist with any stabling requirements. Helen can be contacted on 07881 554264.
Stable and staff accommodation can be arranged - we kindly ask that booking requests are made no later than 12pm the day of declarations. Please email Vicky Collard at [email protected] with your requirements.

Horsebox entry to the stables is signposted. Turn left off the B3170 into Shoreditch Road.
