Two simple ways to bring your guests to the races - choose the one that suits your day, and we'll take care of the rest.
Getting in
Entry via the PASS system
Entry to the Racecourse is managed through the PASS system. If you bring your PASS card - the brown, credit-card-sized pass - your entry will be even quicker.
Please request your badges no later than 9am on the day of racing via the PASS website, using your online login. Requesting in advance is essential: it lets us grant you speedy entrance and resolve any queries before you arrive.
When it comes to badges, please choose either Option A or Option B below. The two options cannot be combined, so pick the one that best suits your party for the day.
Option A or Option B
Please choose either Option A or Option B only - a crossover of the two cannot be accepted. Pick whichever suits the guests you’re bringing.

Option A - Owners' badges
Request via PASS- Six complimentary Owners' badges per runner
- Six complimentary food vouchers per runner
- A further four Owners' badges and food vouchers to buy at £10 each
- Access to the Owners & Trainers Lounge on the ground floor of the Paddock Stand - complimentary light meals, tea, coffee & biscuits
- Request a seat in the Annual Members' restaurant: two-course lunch for £37.00 (£29.50 in exchange for your food voucher)

Option B - Exmoor Suite badges
Email Bookings- Up to twenty complimentary Exmoor Suite badges and 15 Paddock Access Passes
- Access to the Exmoor Suite and all public areas of the racecourse
- The Exmoor Suite is alongside the Paddock Stand, overlooking the paddock with an uninterrupted view of the big screen
- A cash bar serving tea, coffee, alcohol, soft drinks & snacks
- To request badges, email us directly (do not go through PASS)
- Bookings accepted by email only, from the syndicate manager or registered owner, and the individual PASS number must also be included
Good to know
Please choose Option A or Option B only - a crossover of the two will not be accepted.
Only those wearing Owners' badges will be granted access into the Paddock and the Owners' Lounge. Numbers are necessarily limited to avoid overcrowding of both the Paddock and the Lounge.
Trainers
Trainers are provided with a complimentary food voucher for themselves, plus one additional O&T badge and food voucher for a guest.
