One price, everything included. Our delegate rates cover room hire (main room plus as many breakout spaces as you need), arrival tea and coffee, mid-morning Danish pastries, your choice of lunch, afternoon refreshments, full AV (projector or large LCD screen, flip charts, PA with roving and lapel microphones), Wi-Fi and free parking.
We also boast a state of the art Virtual Conferencing system. The Nureva® HDL300 is an integrated microphone and speaker system that provides true full-room microphone coverage and rich, clear playback with Microphone Mist™ technology. The system will allow you to stream the conference to delegates that can’t be in the room. Allowing both parties to easily communicate with each other so all delegates enjoy every part of the day.
Six function rooms accommodate everything from boardroom sessions to 280 delegate conferences, so you only pay for the space you need. Room-hire rates listed separately below for events that don't need the delegate package.

Practical detail.
What catering add-ons are available on top of room hire?
For room-hire-only bookings, the following catering can be added per delegate:
- Tea, coffee & biscuits - £3.00pp per serving
- Tea, coffee & Danish pastries - £5.50pp per serving
- Bacon rolls - £5.00pp
- Light sandwich lunch - £15.50pp
- Full finger buffet - £21.50pp
The delegate-rate packages above already include morning, lunch and afternoon catering.
What AV equipment is included?
Every room comes with either an LCD projector + screen or a large LED monitor, flip charts, Wi-Fi, and a PA system with roving and lapel microphones. Additional AV - from full stage sets to hearing loops - can be organised on request; please mention what you need at the time of enquiry.
Are breakout rooms included?
Yes - the delegate-rate packages include as many breakout rooms as you need at no extra cost. For room-hire-only bookings, breakouts are charged at £200 per room.
Is parking included?
All bookings - delegate package or room-hire only - include free on-site car parking.
How big are the rooms?
Capacities range from boardroom-style meetings of 8–12 in the smaller rooms through to theatre-style conferences of up to 280 in the Paddock Gallery. See Conference Room Plans for the full breakdown and floor plans.
Can we hold an event outside the standard half/full day windows?
Yes - evening events, weekend bookings and multi-day conferences are all possible. Pricing is bespoke; please get in touch via the conference booking form or email us with your dates.
