Our flagship conference room seats up to 280 in theatre style and 150 in cabaret, across a footprint measuring 25m wide by 13m deep. An LCD projector with a 10-foot screen and relay monitors throughout the room ensure everyone has a great view, We also offer a state-of-the-art virtual conferencing system for up to 280 delegates. Powered by the Nureva® HDL300 with Microphone Mist™ technology, it delivers clear audio, full-room coverage, and seamless live streaming, enabling remote and in-person attendees to communicate and participate fully. An integrated PA system with a selection of microphones and supe fast broadband is also available.

The Winning Post
A bright, flexible room for up to 100 in theatre style or 50 in cabaret, with maximum dimensions of 22m wide by 7m deep. A 75"LCD display is provided for presentations, along with a built is PA system perfect for any training and AGMs.

Mid-size & versatile
The Owners & Trainers Room
A well-proportioned room seating up to 150 in theatre style or 100 in cabaret, measuring 15m wide by 6.6m deep. An 80" LCD display comes as standard -
Located on the ground floor of the Paddock Stand, this completely self contained room can accommodate a variety of different layouts and also benefits from toilets located within the room.
Owners and Trainers can accommodate all refreshment requirements comfortably within the same space or if you prefer refreshments can be taken in the Paddock Restaurant upstairs. Owners also benefit from an adjoining foyer which offers a great registration space.

Smaller but versatile
The Staplemead Suite
Staplemead is a unique space as the room has the ability to be one large room or two/three smaller rooms making it ideal for a conferences which may need to break into smaller groups through the day.
Three connecting suites that flex to your needs - seating up to 100 in theatre style across all three, or 50 in cabaret.
Alternatively the room can also be used as a completely self-contained area for the whole day boasting plenty of space for refreshments in one of the divided sections.
With fantastic views across the course to the Blackdown Hills this is the perfect place for dinners and conferences.
