Taunton Racecourse is an easily accessible, picturesque location in which to hold your outdoor event. We have played host to car and caravan rallies, camping fairs, equestrian shows, circuses, athletics events, auto cross sales, french property exhibitions, religious gatherings, rural shows, car boot sales and performances by the ‘Sealed Knot ‘ which re-enacts English Civil War battles as well as open air classical concerts.

We have over 135 acres available with parking for more than a thousand cars and the events area can be used together with the accommodation in the Racecourse stands if required. Services available on site include a clubhouse building; ladies and gents toilets and toilets for the disabled; showers and washing facilities with hot and cold running water; electrical power points; site lighting; water points and chemical toilet disposal point.

ECO Awareness Show 28th October

The Eco Awareness Show is a chance to find out more about the environment and the ways in which you can help protect our planet and its endangered species.

SUPPORTING Local wildlife and learning what we do and how this impacts on habitats and ourselves is vitally important. A chance to find out more about how we can make a difference. A show that will appeal to all ages and a chance to meet and learn from the experts, who will be available throughout the day.

Admission is FREE and everyone is welcome to come along and show their support for nature.
Children must be accompanied by an adult/parent/guardian.

Christmas Fayre 25th & 26th November

Christmas is a unique time of the year to celebrate and enjoy our family and friends but present hunting can be our own worst nightmare. The Christmas Fayre will bring together a range of products ideally suited to be on the that all-important shopping list and makes buying a whole lot more exciting. So, if shopping at Christmas is often something that you dread, step into our Wonderland at Christmas and take a look at the wide range of crafts & food.

Father Christmas will be in his Grotto and his Elves will be dancing around and singing to welcome you. It will truly make shopping for Christmas a much more enjoyable experience for everyone.

Admission is FREE but children must be accompanied by an adult/parent/guardian.
